Staff is Rude, dismissive and Becky Lies. Becky and Katie and Amber have all been rude and incompetent to me and my family members who also see Doctor Duncan- who is a great doctor. They don't call back, they claim medical records were lost, Becky tells you to have her paged but she never answers or returns calls. They have a dismissive I don't care attitude and when a person is not well they don't need the added stress of their incompetency. They deleted one of my prescriptions and never called me.
