Waited 3 months for an appointment and when I finally went, they cancelled my appointment without telling me! Drove 35 minutes for them to tell me they cancelled it because they called me the day before to confirm but I didn't pick up or call back to confirm. It's not my fault I have a job and couldn't answer the phone also THEY DID NOT LEAVE ME A VOICEMAIL!! So why would I call a number back if I don't have no messages from them?! Very unprofessional would not schedule an appointment with them again.
Staff was very friendly, only dentist that would see my husband the next day thanks to their walkin option! We will come back!
definitely recommend!! dr. Hernandez did an awesome yet quick job & Krista sweet gal, i was quite nervous at first but she explained the whole process beautifully! I not once felt judged nor unseen. Am thankful they got me feeling 100x better!
I was in pain bad I got it pulled and then it started hurting again the next day like tooth pain still I went back 3 times used all my pto at work he said the Pain could be from a different tooth no where near the one that was hurting I kept telling him there was still a piece of tooth in there he finally went back in after 3rd time and removed any pieces left in there. Could have resolved it first time .but I am grateful it got took care of he may have just thought his opinion was right. But they where kind I can say that.
