I can't talk to the direct person to see if the place was open at 8:30am or delayed because of the storm. I guess I have to drive there to find out. I don't like this kind of messages where i have to press 1 for English and 2 for Spanish to know if the place was open and then. I press 0 for reception desk, I got disconnected. You can do better. There should be other options but 1844 number.
