If I could give zero stars I would. I cannot tell you many bills they don’t pay. I have to call them to pay a bill they should’ve automatically paid. They’re turn around time to pay is embarrassing, IF they cover anything. They can’t tell me what I’ve paid towards my out of pocket max so I’m pretty sure I’ve gone way over both years. I’ve never dealt with more of a headache. I can’t believe Ardent health used this group.
My picky son chose Jaggers. All he eats is chicken strips most of the time, so when he brags about how "banging" their burger is, I had to try it. We weren't disappointed.
Tracy has been extremely helpful with my case for several years now.
Like all insurance. They are there to make money.
