Too many people in the surgical waiting room. One family had 9 people.
Make sure this place is your last resort , the emergency room is very slow moving and triage nurses have attitude, not professional at all, hope the owner does something, since they shrunk the emergency room waiting area, it has been a mess....you can be sitting in pain for 3 hours before being seen
I came at 1pm and left at 10pm. I asked a new nurse what was going on and she said I could go if I wanted too. Wow. Do you not check your patients charts when you start? The care is horrible.
Was there tonight 6hrs with my daughter she was cussing in pain they were ignoring her she left . They had her in hallway and everyone could hear her business and u talk about hipa. They told her to leave and didn't tell her what is wrong. Now im about to get a lawyer and watch.
