Bailey B (ENT) Doctor wanted a procedure done (Doctor ORDERED a stat procedure), Fairview called UHC for TWO prior auths, one was eligible and covered the other was not. I go in for services 10/18/25 for MRA and MVA and even asked, "Are you guys not doing contrast", tech said "no the radiologist said not necessary".
