My son is now 8 months old and they still haven't processed the blood/tissue yet? Nor there has been any communication since I first made the call to them to register. But they sure take the payments out every month. Hope they still have my Child's tissue and is in good condition.
We just banked our first borns cord blood. I signed up online and everything went quite well. Customer service was available whenever I had questions and the sample pick up was very fast. I definitely recommend using these guys. I also signed up for their referral program that gives a $100 discount. Overall - great experience!!!
