GP is nice but receptionist is not right person to be at medical centre, she should remember she got job to help others, not to show her bad attitude. i went there for vaccination that usually can be doneat pharmacy. due to some reason this facility wasn't available at next door pharmacy. went there and rude receptionist said go back to same GP who prescribed it even GP came out and she was agreed to do it but that lady said either u need to wait 1 hr 30 mins or we cant do. there was no other patient and doctor wants to it.s... read more

Reception staff sounded so rude on the phone and what kind of gp practice only has one doctor working today. Unbelievable.

This practice needs new receptionist ! She is a rude dismissive and passive agressive .My husband has cancer and needed an urgent script the Dr would have sent through a script would have taken 2 minutes. She would not help. Horrible woman. Anyone thats been there will know who im refering too.

Horrible receptionist. Just witnessed a guy politely ask for electronic copy of his lab results from the receptionist. The receptionist scanned and emailed it but when he asked for the hard copies back she snapped at him asking why he made her email them if he wanted hard copy as well. She even taunted him about the money, saying he won't get all this service for $43 . It's his lab results, what was she going to do with them? Frame them and hang them on the wall? Good doctor – rude receptionist with an attitude Dr. Pavithra Akmeemana is knowledgeable, kind, and gives excellent advice. I politely asked if I could also get an electronic copy of my blood report along with the hard copy.
