My attorney and myself have tried to get someone from subrogation to contact us for over 2 months. We actually owe our insurance money for money they have paid on a car accident I was involved in. We have called the number on my insurance card and every other number we have found on the internet. We called,faxed and emailed everyone we could find including emailing the Subrogation dept that we finally got from one of the many phone calls we have made.
Only purpose is confusion and cost and stress and list time using Healthcomp. The investment group who owns Casteel also owns HealthcompAll my drs visits being kicked back to be paid by me for regular doctor visits. I can’t even see an ent for ear and neck and head pain and it’s supposed to be covered on my plan they denied it so I can’t get treatment Most drs offices can’t get verification of coverage when they call Healthcomp.
