I called to establish care with this facility after recently moving to Payette and that was well over a week ago and have yet to get a callback, so I will be reaching out to somewhere else.

Dr. Ron has been my doctor for many many years. I’ve lived in Boise Now for many years and still drive to see him for me appointments in Payette.
I cannot express enough - my gratitude and appreciation for Dr Ron and his office and staff. Dr Ron and Sheryl has walked with me through a healing journey with breast cancer and they have always gone so much above and beyond for me in my care. Office has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Kind staff. Wait time was minimal. Overall good experience for a doctors visit.
It's so hard to leave 1 star because Lisa is amazing. However, ever since they switched labs from Interpath to Premier Medical you can expect it to take at least 2 weeks to get your results. It is completely unacceptable. Interpath is local & can provide as early as same day results. It took over 2 weeks to find out that my husband has cryptosporidium!!! He should have been on meds to rid his body of this parasite much sooner than it tools !!! I would never go to this office if you need lab work!!!
I love these people and this practice, Dr. Ron has always been able to diagnose what is wrong with me when other Dr.s have said I was just depressed or needed a vacation. They promote a healthy lifestyle and supplements when needed. they don't think that pharmaceuticals are the answer to everything and I really appreciate that. They have a few other providers in there now that think like Dr. Ron. They take as much time as they need with each patient and will explain everything in detail to you!
