I been get DOT physicals for the last 20 years they don't waste your time you are in and out within about 25 minutes 30 at tops they are very respectful and they get the job done I give them a A+. I recommend you don't have much time give them a try

Staff was pleasant and helpfull aswering any questions I had regarding updating my medical card with DPS. The new facility is very clean and inviting to those visiting for physicals, medical exams or even physical therapy. The entire visit for my D.O.T. physical took less than 45 minutes. Making my appointment ahead of time and paying in cash saves both time and money. I would recommend Dr. Shellie Smith to any of my friends or family.
