Terrible service & very unprofessional! I request medical bills for an attorney. It's been near impossible to get bills from this company, even after emailing, faxing, & calling multiple times. I might get 1 bill for every 5 requested. For the last 3 months I haven't gotten ANYTHING! The person that does the billing never returns my calls. Only after calling the main # and asking for a supervisor, does she speak with me. She goes over the requests (yes, she got EVERY SINGLE REQUEST) and promises to send them.
