Some of the most caring staff that I have seen in a nursing home! They really do go over and beyond for their patients and their families. my review is coming from experience after I had to move my mother from a nursing home where she was being completely neglected. JR and all of the staff over exceed all of my expectations. Thank you for your hard work!

First off !!!! lol I would like to say how fabulous Ms. Lyn is at this amazing facility. If above and beyond was a person it would be MRS. LYN!!!. (I wish I had a microphone, this would be a drop the microphone situation lol) continuation, she just helpful, energetic, very knowledgeable about the facility, extremely nice with the staff and every individual that resides there. My 80 year old dad fell and broke his hip .. after his hospitalization, he was transferred to this facility.. the facility is old, but I can overlook that, the physical therapist or occupational therapist worked with him daily, the food was not terrible. But I was extremely disappointed that the staff let my dad lay in bed and didn’t get him out unless the therapist was there, they didn’t offer any oral care while in the bed or see if he needed to get up .. they put a diaper on him at night and then the aide told him they do... read more
