Attended the first meeting today held by JR, who’s working on building a better relationship between residents families and staff members. Thank you, this is very helpful in building confidence and understanding between everyone involved and will benefit our families “residents “ which brings us all peace of mind . To know that our families are being treated with dignity, kindness and compassion.
Some of the most caring staff that I have seen in a nursing home! They really do go over and beyond for their patients and their families. my review is coming from experience after I had to move my mother from a nursing home where she was being completely neglected. JR and all of the staff over exceed all of my expectations. Thank you for your hard work!
