1st caregiver- up and left to Florida for 3 months 2nd caregiver- absolutely did not clean or do anything. The condition my grandmothers apartment was when we moved here was horrendous. 3rd caregiver- quit the morning of service at 7am through text message. 4th caregiver- doesn’t have a vehicle, came 15 mins later 5th caregiver- showed up over an hour late and her excuse was that she “texted” my 81 year old grandmother that can barely answer the phone. I would stay away at all costs.
For so many years I have experienced the care,support& the willingness to help of this company HealthCarePlus. Taking care of our elderly is life fulfilling, the smile they give in return for their care is precious. Thank you very much to Maria Ortiz our Lead Supervisor who is always there for us.
