It wasn't necessarily a bad agency. I just didn't appreciate the app to clock in method for caring for my dad. The app wouldn't work 90% of the time. Many other agencies allow you to clock in from either your own phone or the client's phone and it's more streamline. They also wanted me to clock in using a weird complicated device.
