I requested a copy of a physical & tetanus shot I received a few weeks ago, I was asked at the window by receptionist was the physical paid for by myself or insurance, I asked her what does it matter it’s my medical records, I requested the manager of the clinic who goes on to say they have a contract with a 3rd party & they can’t release some medical records.
