Never met a more inept group of supervisors. Absolutely inept. I’ve had the same caregiver for several years who is just absolutely wonderful. The supervisors-it’s a revolving door. I’ve had supervisors come for my review and paperwork is already filled out in terms of the evaluation of my homemaker! The staff coordinator Edith was suchhh an amazing help!!! Edith was extremely patient and kind, she helped me find a great caregiver to aid my great aunt with all of her needs & daily activities. I had been so stressed out but Edith reassured me and really made things easier on me. Thank you so so much!!!!
