Optum needs to understand one crucially important factor: I am not loyal to a corporation. I am not loyal to a hospital. Such an unprofessional and uncaring facility. I had a virtual MD appointment for a severe ear infection I am suffering from, waited over an hour and a half, to be told my appointment was cancelled and the doctor was gone for the remainder of the day. I could not get another appointment for another week. When I spoke to the office they could of cared less. My doctor for over 30 years that recently retired would be appalled that he sold his practice to an organization like this.

Typical busy multi-practioner office. Hopefully my current doctor here won't leave. Now called Optum Medical Group since around October 2020.

Found out my wife was probably pregnant with our first child. Went here to get it confirmed. My wife took a pregnancy test. The nurse walks back in and says, "Congratulations, you are pregnant. But I have to ask, do you want to keep it." Literally the first interaction my child had with the world was this facility trying to kill her. What a terrible way to start the journey of parenthood.
