Phone service sucks! I called nurse help line the other day and she wanted to reach out to Megan Clinic and could not get through. I had to call direct to the clinic and wait forever to make appointment. Why did Megan make the mistake of merging with Health Care Partners?
Very disappointed at your phone system! Toooooo long. Starts with this is This is HealthCare Partners, a Devita Medical Group!!!! Do we need all this? Then it moves to Spanish lingo, then it tells us if this is an emergency to dial 911. Since we are too dumb to know! Then another long list of choices. Then after you pick a choice, then you get the whole recording starting again and again! Do you think we are that dumb!!!!
