worst experience. 2 pointless appts, cant write a clear script for a CT scan after 9 tries and 3 hours on hold. del valle has no idea what the hell she is doing.
DOSENT care!!! I EXPLAINED all my bone issues but according to her she doesn't see anything to help me with my pain. She was more worried about her license then helping. DONT bother going to her she doesn't listen or care.
Dr Del Valle is awesome. She really takes the time to listen to you and answer questions. She genuinely cares about making patients feel better and she will help you navigate through options to treat pain that you are most comfortable with. Her receptionist Danielle is amazing as well. She so always so sweet and friendly. She is quick to get back to you about appointments, authorizations and any questions you may have. Terrible experience doctor was very rude and didn’t help me with anything basically just collected my insurance money and I left with the same problem I had to go see another person to get help because of how bad the pain I was having that day !! DONT GO THERE WASTE OF TIME !!!
