These people keep calling me. They love to bother me even though I tell them to STOP CALLING ME. They're trying to sell me a dental plan that I DON'T want and according to the reviews they don't seem like they care about anybody. I bet the people that work there are just miserable people God I can only assume about management in that place.
Have NO phone number that is up to date! The number they list with Google is NOT correct. Had to cancel my pilicy before they got in touch with me...They had a higher up person to talk with me to get things worked out and reinstated. Not sure I will keep the policy, only two dentist in Rome were listed to be in network. Just not sure about them yet...
I had this dental insurance for three years and never used it. Asked for a card and never received one. Canceled by email and they continued to charge me for 3 months. Thought I was safe by replacing my credit card but they pushed it through my bank anyway. These people are only interested in collecting your payment.
