Oscar was one of the best representatives I’ve spoken with. He was kind, patient and extremely helpful in arranging radiology services for my homebound daughter. He made the entire process easy and stress free. The technicians were amazing as well, very professional, respectful and caring. Excellent service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Melvin was really unprofessional and rude over the call. This is not how you deal with senior citizens. His behavior was extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not accept any kind of services from this company if their representatives are so rude.
