This place is very busy. Three hour wait. Over crowded waiting room. Last week same. I was told to come back. No appointments.

Calling to get an appointment was difficult. Had to call back three times. First time I was transferred to an extension that never picked up the second time transferred me to s clinic in another city. The 3rd time I explained the issue and was immediately taken care of. Once at healthcare I was immediately helped and did not have a long wait
the wait time is too long a wait. people who arrive after myself have finished way before me.
