Poor adm professionalism - staff needs patient interface training continuously. Poor time management - didn’t get to start exam from 11:40 appointment, push out to 13:20, then finally 1:45. Poor alert - keep patient informed. This experience says it all.
Is my second time on this facility!!!! Manogran and a X-ray today. The staff could not be nicer so caring!!! I was very impressed at the first time even more impressed today! Thank to all involved

Well we walked in and it took about an hour..it was hot and stuffy in the waiting room ..no water. But the people we're friendly
