From walking in to a room full of people to walking out about an hour later .... all was a pleasant experience! The ladies at the front desk were busy but calm & kind e: each new person filling out paperwork. The x/ ray had such a sweet smile & caring attitude as she walked me to the x-ray room & carefully took the x-rays of my shoulder. Easy to converse with, I gave her a hug before leaving !
