Cold staff. You're treated as a number They don't greet you. The tech who did my ultrasoung did not explain what she was going to do. She just told me to lift up my blouse, pull down my pants , ext thing she placed the ultrasound probe on my abdomen. Did not say that there was a gel which was sticky. After the us she just said" result will be given to you by your doctor in 3 to 4 days". Wow, very unprofessional! As a “walk in” I suspect the wait could have been longer to get my x-ray done. Once I was called in the service provider was polite and professional. Thanks.
I got to your facility at3:25pm my appointment was at 4pm and waited too long to be call. I got out of your office at 5:50pm my time is valuable to me and I don’t appreciate waisting my time. Your front office girl was not very friendly she’s Hispanic did not get her name.

They were on time professional and very pleasant today .
I checked in at Healthcare Imaging at 5:10 pm for a simple X-ray. At 6:00 pm I asked how much longer I would have to wait and the employee was just entering my info (I’m not a new patient). I was finally called at 6:15 and got out of there by 6:40. They weren’t that busy! Ridiculous!
Very professional and respectful! Thank you for making sure I was comfortable during my not so comfortable Ultrasound.
I had a very extensive procedure and the staff were all very welcoming and understanding!
