After we called twice asking if they had a lift for my grandma they said they did, when they got their they didn’t. The nurses then put her back in her chair naked 😑

I was there for a walk in appointment, for x-rays that my doctor obviously ordered. However, the wait was about an hour and a half. That’s far too long to wait when you’re in agony already. Plus the x-ray technician, though she was nice, caused me to be in even more pain with moving me around the way she did. But, again the worst was the wait
