I never write reviews for doctor practices after just one visit but this one warranted it - I had a brief 10 min encounter with a doctor in this practice and she was arrogant, talked down to me, blamed me. Basically if there was an example of what not to say to your patient this would be a great example. I will NEVER return to this practice which is unfortunate because the other staff was lovely. Despite knowing I was a health care professional she was one of the most passive aggressive doctor I have ever met.
I am shocked by all of these reviews. I have been seeing Dr. Casadaban for over a decade. She is personable, a great listener and a great physician. I have had a number of procedures and she has made them as pleasant as they could be under the circumstances! I haven’t had problems with the front desk staff or scheduling appointments. Dr. Casadaban is excellent. She is good listener, is happy to talk you through things in detail, and she genuinely cares about your health. I appreciate how she gives me a say in my care and is proactive. Regardless of the low reviews for other providers, I would 100% recommend her and her practice.
DR PAIK RIPPED OUT MY IUD!!! STAY AWAY!!! I had multiple abysmal experiences two years ago with this practice and Dr. Paik. I’m still not over it so I’m posting a review here to help warn people to stay away at all costs. Dr. Paik inadvertently (?!) ripped out my IUD during a biopsy, sheepishly pulled out my very bloody IUD, then unsuccessfully and very painfully tried to reinsert one. She recommended I come back in a few weeks for reinsertion with the help of ultrasound. That procedure was successful, then I was charged for... read more
