I got there early for my appointment and they took me earlier! Dr Casadaban has been literally a saving grace! She helped me with my IUD and had the best bedside manners. She handled me with care and was super professional. Also Jackie was amazing regarding bloodwork!
The doctors are nice but the front desk people seriously need some fake smile training. They don’t even say Hello to you. I don’t understand why people still work if they hate their job so much.
These negative reviews are wild. I have been with Healthcare for Women for over a decade and have always had great experiences, especially with Drs. Casadabon and McClendon. I've gone there for general Gyn/annuals and for Ob. They have helped me through multiple miscarriages and complicated pregnancies (hyperemesis gravidarum) with my 2 little ones. I would recommend them to anyone!
I don’t normally write a review but felt compelled to write this one. Had an annual gyno check up here, most doctors are booked months out so this was the only appointment available. The place is tiny and congested. When getting my blood work done, they had me sit in what looked like a storage space. They struggled to find my vein, which I’ve never had an issue with before. I'm pretty surprised the reviews are lacking here, as I have had an incredibly positive experience with this practice and specially, PA Alexis! Easy to schedule, always on time, compassionate and thorough. Phlebotomist and sonographer on site which is very convenient. The office is clean and modern with a helpful front office staff.
