they are understaffed...takes days to get through on phone...they dont return messages.

Complete incompetence within the staff of this office in Elkton. It takes over 5 days for them to complete school/sports physical forms and then NOT call to have them picked up. I've tried to get my son's forms from them for the past two days - 8 days after his physical. Conveniently their computers are down - two days in a row - and they are not able to provide the forms to me. I've called and left messages that they do not return. Deb Trent thank you for sharing the information. We currently do have our system down and we are doing our best to serve each patient/parent request. Our office (all offices) policy is 5 business days as our providers do travel to other offices. We also give each and everyone of our patients the time and attention that they deserve.

Health Care for Children truly has providers that care for your children like their own. Each is very thorough, compassionate, and has a unique sense of understanding for kids and their needs! I recommend to every new parent, or anyone looking for a new Pediatrician.
