This is a stupid finance company. I have an account with Smiles direct Club and it happened that these guys manage billing for them. I have a Credit card on file for payments, yet every month I receive emails that my payment is past due. Called 4 months in row and spoke with People ( sounded like Robots) and was promised that it will be fixed. Never happened.
