I was very happy with my virtual visit experience. It was convenient and efficient, and I received excellent care from the provider. I'll definitely use this service again.
The staff is incredibly friendly! They are very speedy (went in with a suspicion of strep and was diagnosed and sent to the pharm for antibiotics within an hour), and they maintain an incredibly clean and calm environment.
My kid was screaming and they asked me to fill out information. They were rude as well, didn't even have any pain medicine. DONT YOU DARE DELETE MY REVIEW I KNOW YOU CAN DO THAT! this place was so bad I had to break character. Edit: found a review talking about them curing Swimmer's ear. Didn't do that for us. Also said they gave someone pain control, nope.
