This facility needs to lose the bigscreen TV in the waiting room, and sticking patients with tacky advertising does little for the business, except pissing-off people.
My husband is a 100% service connected disabled Vietnam Vet. This was our second visit. The first experience was fine. But this time the PA had no bedside manner, and told my husband he did not look sick so she would not prescribe any medication. They took his vitals but after the aide forgot to give them to her, she said she did not need to see them anyway.
