My experience from the get go was horrible. I felt like a dollar sign and not like a client. The case manager Nick has been a headache to deal with during this time. You may get 2 min of face to face with the chiropractor and that’s it. They do not care about your health. They only care about what’s in your wallet. Please do yourself a favor and stay away from this company.

Over the last few years I have been suffering with shoulder and neck pain that has caused a lot of numbness in my right hand and arm. I also was having a hard time when laying down and sleeping because I had a large amount of discomfort in my lower back. Dr Casey has been my chiropractor for 12 years! He has helped me overcome severe and chronic sinus issues, has treated me through 2 healthy pregnancies, has treated both of my babies post birth and has helped me after several car accidents through the years. I have benefited from his wealth of nutritional advice as well. The office is very friendly and accommodating to last minute appointment add ons and changes.

Dr. Casey himself is fine but his office staff is rude, unprofessional. thought my insurance covered chiro and now a year later his office sends my account to collections for a balance due for like 2,000 when my visit was only 290.00. But since they did not inform me that it was not covered and i only paid the co pay they just kep racking up fees for their benefit. I will definitely be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and fighting the collections agency to the fullest.

I have been a patient of Dr Casey's for a long time and cannot say enough wonderful things about both the staff at Healthcare Complete and Dr Casey! The office is such a positive healing environment and I have greatly appreciated the help I have received for my sinus issues! After years of chronic sinus infections, I have been antibiotic and sinus infection free for about 5 years. I am currently on an as needed basis and see him for wellness care. My Son and I, both see Dr Casey. My son was only 6 years old the first time he went, Dr Casey listened to what he had to say, and explained everything. I always feel so much better after I see Dr Casey. His staff is extremely helpful and very nice.

I have been going to Dr. Casey for over 2 years. He's excellent! The back pain I have is significantly reduced when I visit him. He is extremely knowledgeable and cares for his patients. Staff is friendly too. Always a pleasure to visit this office!
