My appointment was at 11am and I arrived at 10:35 because I know I will have to fill out paperwork. Around 12:20 they called a person who arrived after me. When I informed the staff that I was here before that person, they shrugged me off telling me to wait. When the original secretary came back, she first told me to sit. This company refuses to allow you to cancel your insurance. There is a “grace period” for cancellation requests that forces you to stay on their insurance. There is a very rude and unprofessional “customer care” rep - Robert - that will tell you “the cancellation department will have to call you. There is no way to expedite this process”. Fui hacerme un procedimiento de carie en la muela número 18, el doctor me realizó la carie pase 24 horas con la anestesia, luego que se me pasó sentía un dolor súper fuerte y cuando llame solo me decían que el doctor no estaba, me cansé de llamar nunca me resolvieron.
