Very quick to attend to me
No sirve sacar cita con un mes de anticipación por que llegas y el médico aún no a llegado y te tienen esperando por 3 horas y eso que estaban otras personas esperando las 5 horas, no sirve esa recepción ya que si no se les insiste no te atienden. Fue extraño solo atendían a personas que llegaban después de uno era como si se conocieran de antes como que avía que darle algo a la recepcionista para que te atendiera.. 🤦
My appointment was at 11am and I arrived at 10:35 because I know I will have to fill out paperwork. Around 12:20 they called a person who arrived after me. When I informed the staff that I was here before that person, they shrugged me off telling me to wait. When the original secretary came back, she first told me to sit. As I'm trying to explain that a person who came after me was called. Her response was that she wasn't at the desk when it happened.
