A great caring non judgmental Doctor. I feel comfortable coming here. He will listen to you and not rush you thru so you will feel heard. I trust him which is a hard thing to do with some doctors. His staff will also treat you with kindness and respect not just a number to them. No bad experience and no long wait time either.
My first two nurse practitioners left about a year apart. I left 2 messages the last couple of weeks and never got a call back. The lack of customer service is overwhelming. I have no option but to find another provider that cares about their patients.
I have been coming to the Mansfield location for yrs. When I first moved to Texas, Dr. Nangha was one of my first Drs. Then my job changed insurance and I had to find another Dr until I switched to another insurance company that they accept. My 2nd round coming back has had my head spinning. The turnover with staff at this location is ridiculous. I had Dr. Nangha then she left, I was seeing NP Amanda, I saw Soederbaum and many more and they left. February 28, 2024 STAY AWAY Apparently the owner does not read the post as he responded Thanks for the positive feedback. I have been sick with a sinus infection and really was feeling bad this past weekend. I made an appointment online on Sunday and left messages on Monday and Tuesday. No return call.
