Sat on hold for 20 minutes so I happened to be in the area and stopped by to try and make an appointment. The girl with tattoos on her hands at the front desk was more than useless (they don’t have any doctors on staff at all according to her, only a nurse practitioner). I asked her if she was currently on the phone and she said “no”. lol then why are your calls sitting on hold while I’m literally here and your office is empty? Dodged a bullet by not going here. Go literally anywhere else unless you want incompetence

Be careful and make sure to get a recording of conversations. I made an appointment for a Preventative Screening, first time patient. Simple blood pressure, medical refills, nothing serious. They reviewed my medical insurance and at the end they told me it was a zero co-pay. About a month later, they changed it to an outpatient and charged almost $1300 for taking my blood pressure, refilling medication, and blood work. $800 to spend 10 minutes with the nurses practitioner, about $500 for the blood work, or about $400 out of ... read more

If you visit this clinic, avoid Dr K***. I was super disappointed in how my mom was treated by him when she went in today. I had referred her to the McKinney location because of my experience being so pleasant and thorough with one of the NP. She had been struggling with getting appointments in a timely manner at one of their other locations that doesn’t have as many providers, so she decided to give them a try. What a disaster.
