our first time visiting specialist neurologist.. it taking 2 weeks to get the appointment. The front desk staff never tell us to bring the refer for new patients . The staff is so rude with attitude.. she said it’s my fault.. we don’t get to see the doctor.. terrible
I'm not sure what kind of patients Dr.lin see on a day to day basis, but I do know he needs to understand not everyone is the same and you can't treat a patient properly, If your not listening to why a patient came to you in the first place. felt so defeated
The worst pain management office in Staten Island. They do not care for your well being. Too incompetent to give medications. Can even write a letter if you need one. The worst of the worst!
What I don't understand is the lies spewed to every patient and the fact of not giving us the right answers when needed or paperwork that is rightfully by Law ours and if we need them to be sent over the reps say oh well I don't know what is going on I'll transfer you,Make things make sense.I am happy I'm not there anymore because they will give you different medications and not even check you out or even go for MRI they treat you as of your a druggie yet they're supplying the medication to you with urinalysis when you least... read more
Simply awful response time from the providers. The customer service call center is fine and help you with anything they can, but the actual clinic itself takes a very long time to get anything done.
