I feel so well cared-for by everyone at Healthbridge. The entire front desk is beyond friendly and helpful, without a bureaucrat anywhere. They have made phonecalls to other doctors offices or pharmacies more times than I can count in order to help me out. Jo, the nutritionist, is a fireball who makes eating healthy easier and not at all punitive. The nursing staff is equally friendly and competent. Rapid response and correct medical advice likely saved a life due to a rapidly progressing infection following a kidney stone. Dr. E followed up often and was available whenever we needed as the situation progressed. This is exactly why we signed up for a concierge service and we couldn't be more relieved and pleased that the outcome has been so positive.
