Dr Klein and his team are the model of what healthcare should be. He's an extraordinary internist who leverages his breadth of experience, knowledge and network of specialists to diagnose and treat the most complex cases. All members of the staff are caring, helpful and super-responsive.
The office is consistently neat and well-maintained, and most of the front desk staff are welcoming, courteous, and helpful. However, I have had disappointing experiences during several recent visits while accompanying my mother to her appointments. While the office manager, ToniAnn, appears pleasant in passing, I have observed behavior that raises concerns about professionalism.
