This medical practice is absolutely hopeless. The reception staff is also rude and talk over you. She introduced herself as Nova and claimed to be the manager. When I asked for her business card, she said her information could be found on the website. However, I checked the website and found nothing which mean she lied. I mentioned that I wanted to say a word to the doctor, but she insisted that I must pay first. The service is terrible. Don't waste your time.

My parents very like Dr. Yao. He is patient and professional. Especially he has good experience in diabetic that helps my mum a lot.
