I was extremely disappointed with this clinic. Even with a scheduled appointment, I had to wait 2 to 4 hours, which is unacceptable. This happens every time I come. The staff does not seem to manage appointments efficiently, and the overall experience is very frustrating. I would not recommend this clinic if you expect punctual and respectful service.
