I took my son to this location for a sports physical a few days ago. This was my first and will be my LAST time going to Health Zone. First, I had to argue with the lady at the front desk about the price. Their website says $30 for a sports physical and she was trying to charge me $50. After asking to speak to someone else she tells me she’ll take the $30. Then when we get to the room, I notice blood, yes BLOOD on the floor and on the stool. I ask the doctor if it's blood and he says yes and that he'd get someone to clean it... read more
