I ordered a bottle of HCG and upon receiving it found that the bottle had broken in shipping. I called and talked to a very helpful woman who gave me no hassle whatsoever and stated she would replace the broken bottle asap. It's very rare to find this kind of service these days and I just wanted to let everyone know how helpful they are!
