Black mold and the ceiling is caving in, contacted Manegement for a month and it hasn’t been fixed.
About a month in a half ago the ceiling started leaking. My aunt called the landlord and no answer. She left messages and has not had any response back. The water has caused black mold to build inside of the apartment. We have an elderly woman that lives in the apartment unit and in no way this is healthy for her. The clothing and almost everything in the room were damaged by water had to be relocated into another room. The management is unprofessional and we will not be tolerating this nonsense any longer.
