I have used the service offered by James for over six years. My original experience was when he removed a rodent who found a way to get into our attic. He first located and fixed an entry point and successfully trapped and removed rodent. My latest service was to trap and remove a raccoon who enjoyed swimming in our pool. Another success story. I can recommend James, owner/ operator.
I had another well- known company come out. They never looked through the entire attic, found nothing and then proceeded to quote me $1,250 to seal, sanitize and clean. James came to the house the next day. Within 2 minutes of entering the attic he found the culprit. A curly tailed large lizard about ready to die. He humanely removed the critter and continued scouring the entire attic space. This company was highly recommended by the inspection company that found and fixed a problem for us that then required remediation services. We were very happy to find that their work exceeded our raised expectations. James was very attentive to our concerns. He went above and beyond in helping - and solving - even problems beyond the scope of his responsibility. Even after the work was completed he came back to inspect a problem out of his scope. Our house had a terrible odor from rats. James did a thorough job getting rid of the rodents, finding & closing off their access points, cleaning and sanitizing the entire attic The smell is gone! We have little kids and a chaotic schedule.. James was accommodating and good at communicating via text. They were tidy and professional. Highly recommend this company if you want the job done right.
