If I could give it 0 * I would! I tried refilling my prescription omeprazole for acid reflux and told them I just seen them 6 months ago and they told me I HAD to see them in person or they wouldn't refill my medication. Took 3 minutes and just got a bill for $275 for prescription omeprazole!? Thieves in my book. The whole time all the doctor did was try to up sell their services, all they care about is money
I have been bringing my developmentally disabled aunt here for the last 6 years at least every 3 months for labs and checkups. Dr. Kjos and her nurse, Stephanie are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. The receptionists and lab workers have always been efficient and kind. I really appreciate the care that we receive here.
Absolutely abysmal. I had an appointment here once, and the doctor was downright rude and condescending. She made me feel like I was some tweaker because I was trying to get a controlled substance refilled. (I had just moved here from out-of-state). I asked about taking an allergy test, and she was rude about that too? 🙄 I don't remember her name but she had a thick accent and wore way too much perfume. Overall awful experience.
