They are the worst the lady at the front desk the dark skin lady just like myself does not know how to talk to people she raises her voice and has no respect she should not be working in that environment. I have not been been well have a cough n decided to go there because it's close to home. I will not go back there even if I am dying

They insisted that I had an upper respiratory infection and it was viral I told them it felt like strep throat they dismissed it right now my throat is burning also my ears hurt i don’t understand why they didn’t rx me an antibiotics smh now I have to go back cause I’m in pain and discomfort at work. They gave me Tylenol and cough medicine WTH I could have bought that myself over the counter I really don’t think they’re doing their job

been here before it’s good and fast service but they close much earlier than what it says on the sign. went at 6:30pm and it was closed but on the door it said 8am-8pm

I am thankful to the staff at Doral Health at 43 Jamaica Ave. They were helpful and very professional. The medical assistant was very pleasant and guided me through the process of completing my documentation when I was just ready to give up because I was so sick. Keep up the good work.

I went into this urgent this morning around 11am. Then took rapid Flu, Covid and strep throat cultures. I explained to the provider who was a woman that I have been prone to sinus infections my whole life and that the doctors in the past have always prescribed a z-pack for them The virus tests all came back negative which I new they would because this is usually a bacterial sinus infection and if untreated could turn into bronchitis or pneumonia.
