3 phone calls to try to get an appt for a blood draw. Transferred 3 times and then no one answered. Dark ages of dysfunction in Vero Beach healthcare. A disgrace to Cleveland clinic brand name. Shouldn’t be this hard!
Because Cleveland bought out this hospital in Indian River everything went backwards most the good doctors quit
The receptionist down stairs on the first floor told my Mom that her appointment was not on the day that she initially came so she came for nothing they told her that her appointment wasn’t until the next day which was at 4 PM with a totally different doctor who does not even work there , so I called on the next day to complain about it and the nice lady who I talked to on the phone said my Mom came on the right day and time that she was supposed to come in on so she rearranged for my Mom to come back the same day that I cal... read more
