Both myself and husband receive care here from two different specialty departments and have had superior experiences! (Rheumatogy and Orthopedics) I highly recommend them, some medical experiences are worth waiting a bit for appointments.
From someone who spent 46 years in health care: Run from any attempts to make an appointment with Clevland Clinic. It is a nightmare. Made one as a new patient for a PCP which earliest was 9/11/2024. Was advised of a new physician who joined the group and could see me earlier and made an appointment for 2/19/2024. Received a call 2/13/2024 that I was cancelled with the new physician as he could not have that many "new patients" in the same day and could take a 3/16/2024 appointment with him. Y'all have created a nightmare with this new drop off location. What in the actual hell were you thinking? How are people supposed to pick up and drop off patients in this one lane location? Why didn't you leave room for people to pass others? I am waiting for my grandmother right now and have had to go in circles over and over and over because there are people that keep coming behind me and my grandmother is stuck at the desk. Are you...
