Worst customer service ever. Called for details about certain service, the person who answered the phone sounded completely disengaged, said they can't answer my questiona now, took my phone number and said they'll call me back in a bit. No call from them afterwards.
While everyone else was fairly okay to deal with. The receptionist Genesis is her name, was extremely unprofessional. I had a minor hiccup and instead of helping me she was very argumentative. She was listening to me to respond and not at all listening to me to help or understand. She then proceeded to talk negatively about me as I was getting a procedure done which I happen to overhear since the door was left semi open.
