As a new customer my first interaction with Health Tradition was to sign up as a new user via their member portal, but I was unable to due to an API error. 30 minutes later I was still on hold with customer service, who, trying to help, emailed me a 25 pg. list of primary care providers. Consumer expectation for insurance providers is high, and a simple thing like member sign-ups are table stakes. Imagine having to call Google when Google Maps is down, to receive your directions!? Not a great start Health Tradition.
Do not use their online scheduling. I’ve had 3 therapist appointments cancelled out of nowhere because their available appointments weren’t accurate to what the online scheduling was showing.
