My mom had an appointment and she wasn't 15 minutes early and they said they might have to reschedule her apt as she was also 4 minutes late. The front desk lady said the doctor was at lunch and to come back an hour later, which she did. Why did they schedule her appointment when the doctor was scheduled for lunch, unless the doctor decided just to take lunch at that time. Beware the office policies! Dr. Santoscoy is great and Ive consulted with him for about 10 years. I had an appt at 2:40 and got there at 2:30. They refused to see me bc I was not 15 mins. early. When the receptionist asked the PA if she would take me, I was told to wait until 4:45 or reschedule. They said their new office policy is to be there 15 mins before your appt or you’re cancelled. I requested half a day off my work only to be turned away or wait two hours when I was having terrible back pain.

All of the staff were so warm and welcoming! Honestly the best primary care appointment I’ve ever had.
