I missed an appointment due to an emergency, called them beforehand to let them know, and they said it would be enough since it was an emergency. Called to reschedule, they said I never called so I’d have to pay. Asked them to check their system, they didn’t find evidence of my call. I called back to reschedule again, the said they found the notes in their system, but I’d have to appeal formally. I have been a patient of FNP-C Stephanie Munoz since I was 18/19 years old and she is one of the best medical professionals I have ever been evaluated and seen by. She is very vocal, will answer any questions/comments/concerns, and pays attention to detail (for instance, my medication allergy). Very grateful to be able to see her for well/annual visits, or unwell/hurt visits.
Dr. Indira is so kind and listened to my concerns about my health. She helped me and discussed ways to manage my health with other therapies, not just medications. She has a kind heart and really cares for her patients. I am thankful to her and this clinic.
